About the event

We are excited to invite you to our very first Virtual User Group Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, May 13th. Local Zendesk customer, AARP, will be sharing how they started their Zendesk instance in response to needs surfaced by COVID-19.
 
You will also have the opportunity to connect with other organizations in your area and learn how your peers are adjusting to this "new normal". You will leave with actionable takeaways about the tools and workflows your fellow IT and support leaders use to support their customers and employees, even during these unprecedented times.
